Shipping policy

Now offering FREE SHIPPING in the continental United States. For most orders over $50. Some exclusions apply. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless we shipped an item in error. 

 Local customers have the option of choosing FREE IN STORE PICKUP on items.  Upon receipt of payment, we will get your item ready and have it available for you to pick up. Some items on our website may only be available for in store pickup due to the size or weight of the item.

Shipping Method Information:

Orders are shipped primarily UPS Ground, and sometimes USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or Fed Ex Ground, depending on the weight and value of the item. 

International Shipping Policy:
We offer shipping to Canada. Deliveries outside of the 48 continental United States require additional shipping charges. Alaska & Hawaii are considered to be international for shipping purposes only. Our international shipping options and prices will be available to you on our website when you check out, but you may also contact us for a shipping quote.

We offer Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day expedited shipping options.
Expedited shipping costs are based on the weight, size of the package and the destination.
Expedited orders received by 2 PM (EST) will be shipped the same day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
