No refunds — store credit only on returns.
Eligible items can be returned for store credit. We don’t offer refunds, so please review the return details below. Questions? Just reach out!
Return requirements:
- Within 30 days of purchase
- Item must be unused
- Must have receipt from The Tack Shop of Lexington
- Must be in original packaging
May not be returned:
- Bits, helmets, CO2 cartridges
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Consignment or used items
Additional policies:
- We reserve the right to approve or refuse any return or exchange, for any reason.
- Report any issues with your order within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Your return is your responsibility until it reaches us — we recommend shipping with UPS or FedEx and adding insurance for orders over $200.
- Shipping charges aren’t refunded or credited.
